focus of my work is to partner my clients as a midwife or guide along an
interior path that serves to empower them to live an authentic life with
consciousness and joy. I work with adults and adolescents. I have a special
interest in eating disorders and also work with depression, anxiety, healing
trauma and going through life’s transitions and detours.
I believe
that we must honor the whole person, mind (conscious and unconscious),
body and spirit. I believe that each person has the inner wisdom to know
their way. However, it may become obscured and it is helpful to have company

am an advanced practitioner of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration.
This healing work is achieved by manipulating the body's connective tissue,
called fascia. Fascia becomes shortened, thickened, and dehydrated
from illness, injury, and stress -- then causing chronic pain, stiffness,
decreased flexibility and impaired movement. I use applied pressure
to soften and lengthen the tissue causing structural change to help the
body become more in balance.
